Induction Motor

The most common electric motor found in industrial and commercial application is the AC induction motor. Induction motors work by electrically inducing an electro-magnetic pole into the rotor. The magnetic field that surrounds the rotor appears to rotate which has the effect of pulling the rotor in the direction of rotation. The speed of the rotation is determined by the frequency of the applied alternating current-change the frequency and the rotor speed is changed. This is the function of the variable frequency drive (VFD or AC drive).

Gear Motor

“Naku” brand offers Gear Motors that are widely appreciated for their compact construction and small space mounting. These products also have high loading capacity, long time service precise speed ratio, small ratio difference, high transmission efficiency, low output rotate speed, low noise and block design for multi-stage combination. Solid Axis is served as output axis, equipped with Y series Motor as Standard combination. We also offer other type of motor as per the clients’ requirements, allowed for multi-stage regulating. Other combination can also be matched upon request designed for foot, standard shaft and flanged (or foot + flange) installation.

Vibratory Motor

Naku Industries offer Vibratory Motors. Unbalance Vibratory Motor with special tough design is used to drive the vibrating machines. Vibration motors are available from 0.5 hp to 5.0 hp in foot mounted design and flange mounted design. These vibratory motors are available in 2800, 1440, 960 and 720 rpm. The range of our motors is available in both flange and foot mounted.
